Slow download speed on updating the client?

So I pretty much had to do a system restore on my computer and league wasn't working so I had to uninstall it and re-install but long story short it installed just fine but now it's updating and I'm getting like 80-100KBPS which is pathetic and I'm on a wired connection and usually have fast internet but it's going so slow at this rate it will be a couple of days at best before I can play and I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue or if someone could give me some help on making the download speed go faster, like I said I usually have fast internet and I still do but this client updating is taking forever I wasn't sure if it's because of the SR map update like it's such a big update it just takes a long time to update.
