Or at least make it where they can never play ranked again? I have seen people rage and feed in challenger watching nightblu3 and stuff. And in bronze I get a troll every 4 games or so. People like that should not be allowed to play ranked.
Because one case of trolling isn't enough to get someone banned.
The reason is simple. The system is automated now. They cant perma people for behavior because they arent actually reading the reports and have no idea what the person did to get reported. All the time you spend typing out how the person trolled is 100% a waste of time. No one at riot games is reading that and it will not get them banned. Why do you think leveling bots are still so rampant? because their isnt a report for botting or hacking so riot never finds out about it.
