Idea: I wish there was a way for bronze/silver players to assess their skill level.

As everyone already knows, bronze/silver low elo games are determined by luck, especially towards end of season when boosters go into a death spiral feeding frenzy with customers desperately trying to get that fake badge before end of season.

Anyway, I wish there was some way to determine your actual skill level as compared to others who play league.

I'm thinking it could be something like a hybrid between a score and a ladder system, but not like Riot does it now, I'm talking about a legitimate way which has credibility.

I mean right now, you can get matched with troll stalkers/feeders where enemy team ONLY goes after your champ, and YOUR score gets lowered, which of course makes ZERO sense.
