Ever since i reached gold, my win rate has been atrocious

Lately, I've been thinking that i should be blaming myself. Maybe i'm not playing correctly, or maybe i'm not farming enough/ganking enough/doing enough for my team as a tank. I was trying to identify my own faults for the reason why i've been losing games so often. But as i began to look at the charts, i discover that i output a fair amount of damage, i tank a LOT of damage, and i build items around my teams. But i've been having a lot of trouble with gold lately and i think that it's primarily due to the amount of premades that exist above gold. Ever since i reached gold, there has been nothing but 4 man premades, and as a Soloqueue player, i have no control over this. They are just 5x more coordinated than a soloqueue player, and communication in that sense plays a major role.

Can someone help me and give some legitimate advice on how i can do well against these premades, or should i play normals until soloqueue comes out? I was genuinely excited to make it into gold as a soloqueue player, but lately it's been kind of demoralizing not being able to get above 40 LP...

Hope you don't hit Gold 1/Platinum 5.

I just gets worse, only the players are even more entitled and toxic.

Honestly, I'm giving serious consideration to just not bothering with ranked this season. I'm guaranteed rewards anyways since I'm currently Gold 2 and it would spare me the toxicity and stress.

I've found that the games are currently extremely stompy due to both balance issues and premades (on both teams) screwing with the MMR of teams. The last ranked game I played had a bloody Silver player in a game with 6 Platinum players and 3 Gold players. Last season, it was an odd occurrence for a game to have players more than ~3 divisions apart from one another.

Now, Riot is completely changing AP itemization, a significant number of champions, jungle (objectives, experience on items, Dragons, Rift Herald) and more in a single patch. 6.9 to (if their record this season is anything to go by) ~6.15 will be a massive clusterfuck.

Naw its just dynamic que. The games I cant carry are 4 mans that throw the game because they are too egotistical to listen to the smurfing high win rate jungler. Just what you have to deal with in season 6. either group up with players and get carried to a rank that means nothing or just play and try to get better in hopes solo que comes out so the games not ruined.
