Question about upcoming Camille nerfs.

I'm just curious how much of a difference a slow being changed from 90% to 80% will hurt a kit. They both seem like extremely strong slows and will not change the resulting MS much. However, my game knowledge of slow strengths isn't the best, so I'm just curious if someone could enlighten me a tad on the effect the slow change'll have on the outer portion of her W.
