Riot's Customer Service

I never feel like tickets are worth putting in because nothing is ever done about them. I have contacted Riot about several things, none of which were ever really resolved. If I were to write a review for Riot's customer service, it would go something like, "They do nothing, it takes a couple days to do nothing, and it usually has to go through several people until someone finally understands the issue so they can do nothing about it." And I'm posting this half expecting nothing but for it to be deleted because Riot doesn't like criticism about how it's handling things incorrectly. And I half expect them to say, "If you're wondering about the progress of your ticket, you can wait. Someone is surely looking at it." Or some half-assed response from someone completely misunderstanding the point of this post.

Prove me wrong, Rioters. Show me a competent employee who actually cares about the gamer they're "helping". Show me you're not stupid enough to quit reviewing a case after it's on chat restriction and just let every report tack on an extra 70 games or whatever. Or that you're not stupid enough to continually create a frustrating environment and then banning people when they're frustrated. That's like putting a kid who's allergic to dogs in a dog kennel and then being mad at them for sneezing all over the place. At this rate, I'll quit League. There are tons of other games out there. The only reason I'm still here is because I've spent a lot of money on this game because I THOUGHT it was good and Riot was an okay company. That is until I actually had to put in a few tickets and felt like Riot doesn't give two shits about the players. Now, I still have SOME hope. But I'll probably be ignored by Riot and called stupid by the overwhelmingly nice community that Riot has fostered and end up quitting anyway.

Side Note: the ranked system is trash. That's why there's the same 300 people in D1-Challenger every season with nearly NO new talent like ever.
