Perhaps captains are banning him so their own team won't pick him.

Yasuo by all means is still fairly decent in his current state; however, he is not an optimal pick anymore if you want to win. The degree of champion knowledge and practice required to play Yasuo makes it a risky pick for some random solo queue person when champions such as Fizz or Akali exists.

Yasuo doesn't need to be gutted anymore. Rework, maybe, but ffs, he's already lost all of his health, movement speed, ability scaling, etc. etc. And then you're going to whine about how overnerfed Yasuo is. I haven't seen a Yasuo mid in ages. Zed seems to have taken his place, because a good Yasuo>a good Zed.
