Can you get Championship Riven from it? On the homepage it says that she's excluded, but now I had 1 player telling me he got her. Is he BSing or can you actually get her?

Best way to put this. If you can get it in a mystery gift you can get it in crafting.

Is there a list that shows the skins available in the chest? I want to know if you can get victorious skins and what other skins are available.

Well, according to official Riot information, you cannot get her from hextech crafting, so whoever told you that is very likely lying to you.
