Fun Off-Meta stuff to do?

Currently I'm sick, so I've been trying to find fun new off meta picks to play with my friends. I was highly thinking of Karma jg, but I have no other ideas.

Attack speed/on-hit Cho'gath. Max E, Rylais so they can't get away, Titanic because its damage scales with max HP, and Cho gets a lot of that naturally. Chogath item 3124 item 3115 item 3116 item 3748 item 3083 item 1305

Full AP Naut, either top or mid. Don't need CDR or mana regen because a single combo will be enough to 1-shot anything. ROA is also a good item here if you want to be tankier. Nautilus item 3001 item 3285 item 3089 item 3157 item 3135 item 1311

TF ADC. Kinda old-school, but with ER and RFC it's possible again IMO. Mercurial can be swapped for Bloodthirster if they don't have much cc. TwistedFate item 3508 item 3078 item 3094 item 3153 item 3139 item 1301

I'm about to tell you some really stupid stuff. First one is ap Aatrox sup (I did it in a ranked game and won). Next there's full ap zac, where you one shot everyone. After that you could try tanky AP panth, with ROA and Rylais. Finally, if you're looking for stupid fun, go hybrid fizz with guinsoos. Hope this helps.
