If LoL were an open world RPG game like Skyrim or an MMORPG like WoW who would be the major bosses, and what would their fights be like? I like to imagine a giant Urgot would be a high-level boss, and the player would have to dodge these AoE missiles that make other missiles home in on you, and then at half health or something he starts channeling his ult, and swapping places with the players / other NPCs. Maybe you'd fight Garen in a royal courtyard and have to dodge his charges while you whittle down his alarming defense. Then he could start raining golden swords from the sky that pierce the ground. I dunno, just sounds like it would be really cool.

I don't think you can really compare Skyrim and WoW RPG wise personally, play differently, but yeah, I can see a giant Urgot being a boss, can also see Mordekaiser being one too.

The final boss can be a super bullshit champ that facechecks into you and instakills you, has crazy shields, knockups, stuns, big AOE % health based ult, is impossible to get away from, or catch up to. (Riven)

Sion would be a cool two stage boss. His moves are already telegraphed like they would be in more recent MMOs, giving you chances to dodge. Then when you beat him, his passive activates and he becomes some kind of berserker badass, fast attacks, unrelenting assault, scary monster thing. Could easily imagine him being a raid boss.

Depending on the alignment of the characters? Any of them- every champion is a unique and relatively powerful being in his/her/its own right. I mean, some wouldn't be great as bosses, but definitely as main story points in which you have to find them or something (Teemo, Nami, Sona).

Well obviously we got Shyvana ulting over a hill towards you in dragon form, as well as Olaf who would fight you head on and then Ragnarok when he drops below, say, 50%.

I never played WoW but there could always be an ice theme around the Frejlord conflict; namely Trundle and Lissandra. The latter also makes sense to me because Blade Queen gives off a great Dark Souls boss vibe.
