Problems to log in after every patch now!

For me it takes 3-4 attempts to get from the page where you click "launch" to the actual account login page. When i click launch the first 3-4 times, the account login page just doesn't start. Then i have to start the client where i get the "an instance is already running" dialogue. And then , when i finally can log in, 2 out of 3 times i get a"connection error" message and have to go through all that stuff again

Whats up with that, Riot?

I've experienced the same thing after 4.20 an 4.21. Nothing else has change besides a new patch being released. I've had to reinstall the game in both cases after trouble-shooting various "solutions" online and running as administrator didn't work.

A few things lacking here that need to come prior to "What's up with that, Riot?"

What Operating System are you running?
What are the hardware specifications of your computer?
What are your aggregate speeds following multiple network stress tests on your internet?
What other applications are running other than league?

Wow... it must be on Riots end, I have a Core i3 with only 6 gigs of Ram and a crappy laptop onboard video card, and I run League just fine. Fix it RITO!
