IKR. I main Soraka support lately, and no one seems to understand that her heal is on a 4 second cd early. And that means you can only heal once in a fight if the enemy laners should jump on your adc. 4 seconds is a long time. Longer than a morgana bind and that is supposed to take an infinity.

That's how it is with Taric. Even at max rank and 45% cdr, his heal has like an 8.4 second cooldown.

That happened to me with a Lee Sin. I got the kill on accident with my Q, and he got pissed. The next time, I didn't attack the enemy at all, and the Lee Sin died, and got pissed at me for not helping out with damage. Nice one Lee
