Lamb: "stirring a boiling cauldron" Not yet, dear wolf. The best prey is the one that runs; we shall remain patient until he flees. Wolf: NO FAIR! I want to know if Saltwater Scourge tastes like saltwater taffy! "slowly gets off the table" Lamb: Right on schedule. Oh shi- Wolf: MINE, MINE, MINE! "noms into GP's left arm and swallows him whole" Wolf: "Mmmm, saltwater taf... "vomits out GP" Eugh, Citrus! Not today! You can take Pirate King off the menu! small flaw, Lamb doesn't want her victims to run, she wants them to give in and let her slay them mercifully, wolf is there in case they run, so he can chase them down and ravage them until they beg for Lamb to put them down. (I'm assuming Lamb does all the killing and Wolf just gets to play based off whether they run or not, unless Wolf kills them while they're fleeing and they never truly accept their death causing them to become a ghost

In GP's case, Lamb knows that he doesn't want to pass peacefully. At this point, she has marked him as "prey" for Wolf to hunt down.
