The Forbidden Item

LOL, it isn't forbidden it is just hard to have anyone be able to use it effectively. Why negate the tower when Akali can be hidden from one or I can manage to dive you and survive 5 hits from the tower. If towers were stronger and diving was harder/more important I think we would see it more. But yeah, basically if you take it now you are trolling, as it serves no purpose.

For the price of the item you can build armor/components to other armor item and tank more tower hits than you can avoid with

I personally build it sometimes for the memes and as final item when i built raptor cloak first item :)
