Context: In patch 8.11 Sterak's will be nerfed, stormrazor which was going to be a great item for GP was changed, and IE doesn't give crit anymore. RIP

then you realize IE gives tons of true damage and its OP as fk
Plank mains left the day he was reworked from a utility top laner with a super safe laning phase to barrel wack-a-mole. Where you can be useless for 99% of the game and still win because you got 3 champs with a barrel from a flank.
I miss engineering winning trades through kiting and refreshing grogsoaked, and the utility movement and stats raise brought.
