There's a very good reason vlad has seen so much play, and bans in competitive. The recent pbe changes that are trying to push him towards building more AP to do damage rather than just stacking health are a great step in the right direction. A champion in midlane that rushes spirit visage and maintains respectable damage is never going to balanced.
