Time to play what will Zeds ban rate be?

With the new mage update and no one will know how to play them for a few weeks, Zed mains are going to have a great time on the rift. One more thing, QSS no longer removes Zed's ult. (WHY?) So, with all that in mind, its to play what will Zeds ban rate beeeeeeeee?

The winner get a free Car in the year 6092, So you will be riding in heaven or hell in style. I will start off by by saying his ban rate will be 90% If you get the right number, higher or lower than my number YOU WIN. But, if you tie with someone I will pick a random name to get the car. But if you tie with my number, you will have to 1v1 me in a Zed match. ( dont worry i sack at zed)

 NOW IT'S TIME TO PLAY!!!!!! PICK A NUMBER!!!!!!!

To be fair they mentioned in the qss post that appropriate champs would be tuned accordingly.

The qss nerf is great, once the adc gets it in these days, the Zed can barely kill him, and an assassin that can't kill the enemy carries (assuming that the apc took zhonyas) is not an assassin
