So I try to take a melee minions instead. . . .but my ADC takes them too. . . .

People say I'm bronze because I grab Smite when i Support with Alistar. A- I dont have the problem of ADC stealing my siege- because Smite procs Tribute. B- Chilling Smite has lower CD than Exhaust C- Rift Scuttle and Counter-Jungling- taking enemy jungle buffs helps your Support game. Gromp-Krug-Raptor-Wolves.. D- Lightning-fast leash. Either you start Red side or Blue side. If you start red, leash krugs, then start red. When Jungle gets to red, smite it for health and leave to lane. You will be healthy and your jungle can move on to the next camp faster. Blue is weirder- have them initiate smite, then follow up with your smite before leaving lane. E- Support is everybody's Support. This entails roaming. And I will take my Raptors if I know they'll respawn before my Jungle gets around to them. F- Dragon and Baron security. grabbing Smite has allowed me to steal Dragon (and less often Baron) when nobody on my team was around. Normally, a support might not pose a threat to Dragon or Baron. Give that Support Smite.

I hate it when this happens in aram. Everyone steals creep and you're at full stacks on your relic shield trying to share gold.

I take attack speed marks with my Tank supports.

It helps to clear wards faster & secures those siege minions.
