You think that's what's happening.
While you're looking at her blushing face, you get slammed with what feels like a massive migraine right in the front of head. It weakens slightly almost as soon as it hits you, making you wonder what it was. You feel weak in the knees, but attribute that to your nervous anticipation. A second migraine hits, this time from the back of your head. You feel so weak you can no longer stand, and hit your knees.
You look back at Ahri and realize your visions off. You feel like your eyes are focusing right, but her face is still going fuzzy. While trying to figure out what's going on you take what feels like a punch to the jaw, and two to the stomach. Only the sting isn't normal, it's like you've been sunburned badly.
You look back at Ahri just as Charm wears off. She's mad. Boy is she mad! All of her tails are bristling up and for a moment you wonder if Vel'koz has taught her how to shoot lasers from her eyes, because she looks like she just might be trying to do that. She storms off, leaving you feeling very battered for your advances.
She would kill me.

In her lore she steals the souls of humans for just being there. So likely you'd be dead like everyone else she killed becoming mroe and more human each time.
Do me a favor, go up to a stray dog and grab its tail unexpectedly. Ahir being a K-9 you can expect the same response.
it's an interesting phenomenon how many people think a nekomimi's tail and ears would be erogenous.
I'd gain 300 movement speed and be out of there as quickly as possible, so I have no idea what she'd do.
My other foot will wrap itself around her tail.
