Oh of course not! No he's a random occurrence sometimes when you play a match. I've never had it happen yet.

Lately I play Galio support in ranked, it's a lot of fun to do that because no enemy would want to initiate on a Galio so I can basically spam laugh in their face (almost) and just pretend like I have my ultimate and pretend I intend to use it to burn free flashes, which isn't uncommon to happen. It's hilarious. :p

Personally, I hate playing Galio support because I don't feel like supp items make me tanky enough, but yeah, threatening your ult is fun. Or when people try to tower dive you and you just press w while they die.

I just build an item 2303 and attempt to counter my opponents with tank items. Countering is pretty important since the budget's quite limited as support.
