Bad news. This skin didn't come out for April Fools, which was to be expected.... That it would be with the update. I mean.

Good news. It isn't with the update. Which means, that it's open to being a legendary skin. Which would be epic.

That video only shows up for me as a non-clickable black rectangle...but, with a little fettling, I got it.
