actually worked on Debuffs. Wouldn't that add soooo much clear and concise counter-play to champions like.

It literally decided whether or not zed is meta based on how effective it was.
They should bring it back for fizz's ultimate, idk why they removed that, but removing zed's debuff almost got him reworked. They had to fix QSS to not make zed a worthless champion.
