It's called a meme. If you watched the video, then you obviously can see that it's resembles Irelia's gameplay. In that if her health is lower than her oponent's she can stun them for a long duration, then proceed to beat the crap outa them. Hence the girl kicking the other person in the groin, then proceeding to fuck them up.
