Kinda reminds me of a story when I asked my mid Katarina why she had a cloth armor against a full AP team, as politely as possibly. Literally my entire team, with the exception of Kat, started yelling at me for talking down to "bad" players. The Kat just told me it was for Zhonia's, and we went on our merry way. Flash forward to late game, and my team is yelling at me for not TPing well.

I played Morderkaiser top (Back in the day) and was destroying the enemy laner. He comes back with cloth. "Alright, he must be building into something." Proceed to kill him and demolish him further. Eventually I start roaming and killing other lanes- I see him up by his base turret and he's got chainmail. I feel bad and type in all-chat. "Bro, build MR- armor doesn't do anything to me." Was totally ignored by him and yelled at by the rest of his team.

We won that game.
