Extended voice over, texture update, particle update, animations update (including new recall animation, with current recall becoming TP animation)... just about as much as you could hope for, really. It might not entice new players as much as the other Ultimates, but as someone who owns the skin and doesn't use it I'm extremely grateful that it has a chance to be decent again.

He is outdated and boring, his passive heals, his slow is as passive as can be, same with ult and fire

The visual update you are talking about never changed any of his skills like VGUs today do. The only thing he ever received were nerfs. His kit is too binary (only one skillshot with no scaling) and the 0% competituve pick rate for the 4th year in a row shows his "immense" power.

Nasus has one skillshot that only does base dmg (AP scaling) and is almost irrelevant, especially on Q max Nasus (the only viable one). The fact that virtually (except me) no one complains is because the topic name - they do belong in a museum.
