goodbye passive and decoy(well maybe not decoy, just a slight tweek)....but hes passive is kinda.....Meh. Bonus mr and armor based on nearby champions?...its there and yes, we do get tankier...but Idk...sometimes you dont FEEL like you actually have a passive at all.
Hes Q ,E and Ulti still seem pretty up to date.
