Give Lux additional in-game dialogue

Only rule: Don't be creepy. We don't really need the whole "child soldier" background seeping into her lines. Her laugh does that enough. Try to make her dialogue cute or funny.

And please, try to make some cutesie Lux/Leona dialogue. XD
