Unpopular opinion: I think lee isnt as "broken" as people believe.
was one of my most played champ in s4/s5, he doesn't need buffs for real.
Its not like damaging buffs, its only better shielding with allies, its not huge and gamebreaking.
I also don't think Lee is too strong. I actually find him quite weak to be honest. I mean, even players with 125+ games on Lee Sin don't have a 50% win rate. The issue I have with it, is that as other people are saying, he was the single strongest jungler for so long. Now, he loses play for a little bit and is first in line for buffs. There are other champs that are weak that have been completely forgotten about for much much longer.
and its not like they are buffing his damage its just a little better utility.

I honestly RARELY see any of these champs unless they're on the free week rotation. So why is Lee first in line? Though low, he doesn't have the lowest win rate...and he CERTAINLY doesn't have the lowest play rate, sitting at a solid 22%. So like, other than #LC$BIGPLAY$, what reason is there that he is first in line for buffs?
I have to disagree with Shaco cause that cocksucker is in way too many games for my liking but everyone else I agree with
Karthus for a while had the highest win rate in the game in both top and mid. Elise fiddle shaco and Rumble all get played a fair amount they just tend to have players that main them. Attrox Nunu urgod and Yorick all have outdated/poorly designed kits that need reworks so they are staying on the weaker end while rito is woking on that. As for the rest they tend to only work in certain metas or just aren't very fun to play.
Like Rengar? C'mon admit it he's pretty weak.
