Never has worked for my allies, taking the credit for me putting the play together. They are merely tools at my command to use when the time is right! Skarner main and I have found the most useful thing to learn is how ballsy your team is and how willing you are to do something dramatic enough to get them to back you up in a fight. Hardest thing for a tank jg in this meta is alling and expecting a team to back you up but when they dont it is too late.

most tank junglers I get, or just all players in general, never ping before they go In to let us know they are going for it. so half the team is late to the fight....

you shouldnt have to ping you should be sticking to and watching for your tanks engage no matter who you are same with the enemy tank champions. Champions dont stay out of place for the 3 seconds I takes to recouldnise they close ping them then engage. and tanks arent tanky enough for you to engage 3 seconds after he has been takeing damage from the enemy who collapes on the engageing tank undoubtedly with out any pings and he only has 2 more seconds of living left and about 3 more seconds before any of his cooldowns comes back up
