Normally, people press both r and f with their index fingers. If you use d you can use your middle finger so you can press both at the same time while moving your fingers less.

Because using F means you are using the same finger you use to ult to flash, whereas d you can use the finger you use your e with.

D is definitely harder.

I don't play any of those champs except for jax, and with Jax you need to charge his stun first so pressing it at the same time as flash is unnecessary.

you can hit D with index finger tho anyhow, let us not forget custom keybindings I have flash on F as a matter of personal preference, but if I put it in the first slot, it'd be on 2 instead of D

flash goes on d because its closer to most people's index fingers. nobody has their index finger on R, way too risky. not to mention, this means you have to stretch to get to F, making F better for point and click abilities like smite and ignite, while D works better for quicker more instant abilities like ghost or flash.

D still has higher winrates xD
