I've noticed that on my lolking that my jungle rammus cs is really rather low. I feel like they don't take into account jungle monsters to be honest. And the creep score you are seeing is only there average minion kills per game.
Edit: Or maybe it doesn't take into account the smaller monsters in the camps? So Wraiths would only count as a 1 for cs not 4?
