What champions have a lot of skins, but only one skin?
Renekton has something like 8 skins, his only skin is outback. Any other champs like that?

uh, not quite sure what you mean here.
Teemo... Only SpecOps unless you count Halloweens Little Devil that is hard to get because of time limit. All other of his skins are a ugly dress-ups for little babies.
