New Champion Concept, Leafy Is Here

Passive, Ad Revenue: Leafy has a massive fan base, and earns ad revenue for every view to his videos. Leafy earns 2/5/10 gold per second for each champion, ally or enemy, within 550 units of him at levels 1/11/16.

Q, F-Bomb: Leafy shouts out some variation of the word Fuck, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(50%AP) magic damage to all enemy units within 600 units of him, dealing halved damage against minions and taunting enemy champions for .3/.35/.4/.45/.5 seconds. 5 second cool down.

W, Roast: Passive: Leafy stores information on all enemy champions that he has vision of, taking notes on embarrassing mistakes, bad plays, bad kda ratio, and missed cs. These facts are stored as Roast Stacks. Missed cs is always worth one stack each (support is immune to this). Stacks from other sources vary, depending on how embarrassing the offense is. Losing a close duel may only result in 5 stacks, where getting one shot by a 10 hp enemy could easily result in 50. Enemy champions are ranked from 1 to 5 based on who has the most stacks, rank 5 having the most, and Leafy deals 2,4,6,8,10% increased damage to enemy champions depending on their rank. Enemy champions do not gain stacks and Leafy does not deal the bonus damage when Roast is on cool down. Active: Leafy launches a fireball in a lined skill shot with an 800 unit range. If it hits an enemy champion, they take 80/95/110/125/140(70%AP) magic damage. Roast deals an additional 30/50/70/90/110 magic damage multiplied by their rank number over 3 seconds. All Roast Stacks are consumed after Leafy activates Roast. 20/18/16/14/12 second cool down.

E, Rant Video: Leafy has seen the enemy champion's bullshit, and he has had enough. Leafy launches a microphone in a skill shot with 1500 range, passing through minions and neutral monsters. The first enemy champion struck is dealt 30/40/50/60/70(40%AP) and is afflicted with the debuff Exposed for 10 seconds. Leafy calls the Exposed champion out for every mistake and dick move that they have ever made in their time playing League of Legends, it also shows all players their toxic chat remarks, warnings from Riot, suspensions, and bans. Exposed makes the target instantly gain enough Roast Stacks to have 10 more than the current rank 5 champion, doubles all gains of Roast Stacks, the champion is slowed by 30%, and Leafy's team has true sight of the enemy champion and 100/150/200/250/300 units around them. 30 second cool down.

R, Reptile King: Leafy takes his true form, transforming into a giant crown wearing lizard for the next 30 seconds. When Leafy transforms, his army of reptilian followers are mobilized, flocking to the League of Legends Boards to mass down vote all enemy players' posts (one down vote per passive gold earned, stacks with all activations of Reptile King.) All words typed in chat, pings, and any other attempts at communication on the enemy team are replaced with the word Hiss for the duration of the transformation. When transformed, Leafy gains 30/40/50 bonus armor and magic resist, and all of his basic abilities have an additional effect. F-Bomb gains 200 increased range. Roast is now an aoe cone of fire that Leafy breathes out, damaging all units it hits, 800 units long, 200 units wide. Rant Video is now an aoe with a 400 unit diameter, applying Exposed to all enemy champions hit and making all of them rank 5

Works well with: Tahm Kench is a master at roasting people, and with Leafy on the same team, the two of them can demoralize their enemies until they all afk. Leafy is the King of Reptiles, making all allied reptile champions deal 1 bonus damage on every auto attack.

Struggles against: Rammus, quite honestly, doesn't give a shit about Leafy's opinions, making him immune to the effects of Roast, and Rant Video.
