Doesn't matter which SF game he/she is from, just has to be from said franchise.
For me, it's hard to make a call, but I think out of the roster, I'd go with Akuma (a.k.a. Gouki). Evil martial artist who is all about power, and might fit in alongside Zed and Syndra with their whole "balance sucks" line of thinking.
I say Ryu simply because he is the poster afterall.

REALLY wish she got a better voice actor tho...
I would go with Chun Li or E. Honda just because if you get into melee range you get off like ten on-hit effects. :P
