He was probably wasting his time trying to gank.
It happens often enough, where you're just sitting there waiting for the opportunity that never comes, or you blow it and have to retreat.
Maybe it is because he spent most of the game farming and not inflicting damage on champion, plus the other lanes prob stomp. But idk so +1
