Maybe it is because he spent most of the game farming and not inflicting damage on champion, plus the other lanes prob stomp. But idk so +1

Quite the contrary. He ganked a lot for a devourer jungler. Got a double kill bot lane with my help at one point after my ADC went and got himself killed. Finished 5/9/3.

He was probably wasting his time trying to gank.

It happens often enough, where you're just sitting there waiting for the opportunity that never comes, or you blow it and have to retreat.

I think the main reason is he spent a lot of his time dead, seeing as he died 9 times. He wasn't really just standing around doing nothing at any point.
