I was suffering from a similar case to something called narcolepsy. It was being brought on by sleep apnea, an extremely bad case.

So every thirty seconds or so I'd kind of just...nod off a little bit. Then snap back awake! Then nod back off...

So inbetween those little bouts of sleep I'd have my friends yelling at me going ARLAN WAKE UP YOURE GETTING GANKED and stuff like that.

Somehow I ended up winning, even though I basically just sat near my tower for most of it. Of course that was badass Mordekaiser who could wreck people without needing something as pitiful as a dragon ghost.
