The project skins are the new scrubs skins, meaning the majority of people who bought them either plays the champ only cuz the skin, or they bought the skin because they "think" that they're good at that champ when really they're actually terrible. Kind of like Arcade Riven, Dunkmaster Darius, and I think Firecracker Jinx was sort of one for a bit too.
On the bright side, all the Master Yis so far with the skin I've met aren't complete toxic dirtbags and actually still have a shred of humanity left. That is until they start maining him.
