I can 1v1 a 700 stacks Nasus as Takli. How do I know this? I've feed my top lane Nasus about 5 kills in early game. And I still 1v1ed him at post 40 minutes when he had max build, huge farm and I had just 5 items.

Yup shouldn't be a problem then since you can still kit him and hop away if he gets too close. If you where an assassin it would be tougher.
