I've seen him. He didn't do poorly, actually.

Yasuo scales incredibly well with attack speed because of his unique cooldown mechanics, he can apply the passive with his Q, and the active aids his assassinations enormously. There's also the obvious utility of the lifesteal and the movespeed you get from the active.

No wonder he didn't do poorly. It's an excellent build.

I totally agree with you; Bork is a great buy on Yasuo. But on a guy who's got double crit chance, it doesn't replace THE crit item.

I updated the OP with his build. Assuming he kept the GA (which was a good idea to buy because he got focused pretty heavily), I think he should have gotten IE instead of Bork, and then gotten bork as his next item after what he has in the image.

If we had a team comp with no knockups, I might agree that bork is the better purchase - more chances to ult - but given that we had a braum toplane, I think IE would have been the significantly better buy.

Yeah, unless he was playing against 6 thornmail malphite, IE would probably be a better pickup than LW. Without knowing the matchup, though - I'd be inclined to say that BotRK is still a better second item than IE. % HP Damage with 50% Bonus Armor Pen is a pretty brutal combination.

Don't judge me for my build... I wanted to see if Atma's + new Golem + hp stacking (last item would have been warmogs) was any good (it wasn't). It made that bork trist pretty damn effective against me, though, lol. At the same time, my team was strong enough that all I really had to do to win a fight was get their team to focus me enough, which I did a fine job of ;)
