not really... Higher sample size should mean more accurate results A.K.A closer to 50% I mean skill does play a part but not 5-10% difference much like that is a lot

To be fair she had the lowest win rate next to Nidalee for a while there. She is broken, but not exactly OP with those extremely low (and extremely necessary if you ask me >.>) base stats. She's pretty much a prime example of a champ that snowballs too hard yet is crap when behind.
