I usually do the opposite, I take supports and take them Top lane. I main Top Tahm and Sion and when that Moo Cow Alistar skin comes out I'm playing him top so I can use the endless toll of the bell as a form of psychological warfare in order to win games :D

This list isn't surprising! All 4 of them can function as supports due to their zoning, AOE, and mild to hard CC. It'd be more surprising if your list was like Aurelion Sol, Jhin, and Kled.

I prefer people to try and and master champions in normals. After you get a good grip on that champion or champions you should play ranked with around 5 or 4 champions in your champ pool knowledge

I'm pretty sure they weren't premade. While they certain weren't being nice, It wasn't like they were ganging up on me or anything. I was actually agreeing with them the whole time and pretending my blood wasn't boiling in rage.

That was back in late-season 5. I haven't touched Trynd since.

considering it really isn't hard to learn a champ, if you can read, then you know how to play them. idk why people think its so complicated to learn a new champ

Because just reading Taric abilities isn't going to be the best when deciding how to play him optimally, and this goes for the more complicated champions doubly-moreso. When people say "learn a champ", they mean get intricately familiar with the champion such that you get a good feel for their skillshots, delays, AA animation, movement speed, CDs etc. Reading about 13 seconds is different from actually experiencing 13 seconds.

For example, 0.5 seconds seems very quick, but don't try to pull off the slick "dash through every minion without punishment" stuff Yasuos like to do with E at level 1.

Even simple things on a champion can be hard to master. Here are some examples.

Taric Adding to what you said, here are some specifics to learn for Taric. Infinite passive combo: E,Q,W,Q,E,Q,W,Q,.... and when to burn all your mana using it. Timing his ult. Saving Q for stronger heal later or use now because it's needed. Who to link to (engager to get a stun off on everyone or a carry to protect them). Hitting minions instead of champions mid fight to proc item 3097 for some heals (this applies to all tank supports).

Tryndamere Saving fury for extra damage/lifesteal or healing. Do I really need to ult now or can I save it for later? Use W to lower their AD or wait till they try to run to get the slow. Hitting minions mid duel to get fury faster and lifesteal more off of a low resist target.

Blitzcrank Pulling enemies only when it actually helps (don't pull their Olaf onto your carry). Running towards the enemy to pull one of them off of your carry rather than towards your team. Using ult to clear waves fast for towers or save it for later fights.

You could post one of these lists for every champion in the game. Some champions may seem easy, but there are always little things that separate an average player from a great player.

You'd honestly think that Maokai would make a great support with all the things in his kit. A passive that would come up even more often in a lane with four people casting spells, his W for an engage and lockdown, his Q for further lock down and peel, his E for scouting bushes and as extra coverage from jungler ganks, and his ult for damage reduction for the ADC.

Oh man, even when there's only one of the ''Fantastic Four'': Zyra Malzahar Velkoz (heard that somewhere, will always use that term to describe them now), you do NOT want to use Leona or Alistar against them unless you're a masochist or you know that your jungler is going to gank a lot at bot lane.

Just trying to use relic shield on the minions is a pain, don't even think about engaging them without you getting your ass kick.

Especially Leona, she's sooo vulnerable to poke. At least Alistar has a heal.
