If you made a League Anime, which Champion would be your protagonist?
Who would be the star of your show? No OC's allowed; you have to use an existing Champion.
My pick is obvious:
Who would be the star of your show? No OC's allowed; you have to use an existing Champion.
My pick is obvious:
would be the hero
- harem girl 1
- harem girl 2
- harem girl 3
- harem girl 4
- an encounter to defeat in an episode
- an encounter to defeat in an episode
- an encounter to defeat in an episode
- an encounter to defeat in an episode
- an encounter to defeat in an episode
- an encounter to defeat in an episode
- volleyball team our heroes have to defeat in the beach episode
- mandatory pervert/trainer
- pervert's robot
would be the evil villain with a napoleon complex and mushroom minions
would be the guy who stabs the main villain in the back halfway through
would be building a robot army to replace the mushroom minons to rule the world
the villain's explosive expert, working with rumble
- the princess to be rescued
- the princess' friend and helper
- the princess' bodyguard, who makes the plea for help to the heroes
Ezreal
Nuff said.
His lore provides enough leeway to give every single champion in the game some exposure.
I really don't think there is a better choice.
Edit: Honestly tho, League is so big that they really could make muiltiple anime's from muiltiple points of view, and it would work.
It would sell if the writers were even half competent, and we obviously don't have to worry about animation, their production value is amazing on that shit. They could milk so much money out of that, its crazy.
All I would ask is that they don't do generic boring shit, and keep it real. No checklist, give us a real story.
as protagonist
appears as antagonist at first, even though is actually the good guy. also her love interest.
good friend, they met under the weirdest circumstances. later she becomes Lulu's "partner-in-crime".
little brother figure kind of friend
big brother figure kind of friend
that one little girl that looks up to her
the prophet and one of her "sidekicks"
If the IoW still existed, then I would've made an interesting plot of them trying to take over the world by claiming that they are bringing "justice" to Runeterra. At the same time, the IoW saw Veigar as a "deadly threat" and that he needs to be killed in order to "restore justice", and Lulu is ordered by the Institute to destroy him. Of course, things don't go right, and she ends up being friends with him. Later, Veigar's intentions of world domination really meant restore freedom and unity to Runeterra.
that one witch who appears to be on nobody's side
at first he appears as a protagonist, but turns out to be working for the IoW, who is ordered to kill Veigar.
Lulu's "support friends"
that one yordle Jinx seems to have a crush on. We need some sidekick drama too, ya know?
or drama for Teemo.
Prophet #2.
Thresh's "bro friends". They will play important roles later on, along with Thresh.
Once in a while, she and Jinx would be chased by "summoner fanboys" because of how a lot of fans see them as dolls, rather than champs with interesting characters.
I really wish the IoW and summoners still existed... even if we know for sure that they are actually not "good". It's a good start for expanding on all sorts of stories.
Definitely
for me, her lore is quite a good read too.

Her backstory is pretty generic "tragic past", but her position in Demacia allows her story to intertwine with Demacian royalty. Being an ambassador, she also can find herself being taken to the many corners of Runeterra where she can meet many and fight many other champions in the league of legends roster. She is a person who strives for justice, so despite her high position in Demacia, she wouldn't be restricted to following every order given to her if she felt it injust.
Plus, after she gets enough items, she is stronger than Goku. GG
An adventure of Soraka travelling around Valoran aiding those in need and meeting tortured souls like
and
, and having philosophical conversations with "good" champions like
and
who are very quick to turn to violence. Culminates in the redemption of
, and finding that she can do more good by wandering than by sitting in a grove, even without her divine powers.
Urgot. It'd start with him being a prime Noxian soldier, and then he just progressively gets more destroyed. It'd be like Breaking Bad, where episode 1 and last episode characters are unrelatable
would be the main character
would be his partner
They wander around Ionia with
trying to help
regain his honor.
A variety of guest champions would appear:
,
,
, and other champions based in Ionia. The whole of the story line would be
trying to help
, but, of course,
has a different idea on how to regain honor.
and
having differing ideas would cause trouble between them, like if
was injured badly from an ambush from the other ninja champions and
insists on finishing the job, while
agrees that it would show
as a man on honor, striking a defenseless person dead is without honor. So, situation after situation passes by. And, following with the stereotypicality of a happy ending (I sort of like those :D),
gets his honor. Well, at least for the first season(s). It could eventually follow up with the pair travelling around all of Runeterra, visiting places like Demacia and the Frejlord.
By far though, I like Linna Excel's idea the best. :P
mines already in an anime, it's called dragon ball :p
Helmet Bro of course
Edit: I broke the rule, I know. deal

DH Ninja's Clash of Fates, a League of Legends based romhack for Fire Emblem 7 (Rekka no Ken, released as just 'Fire Emblem' in US).
Take it from game to anime, because it already stars Riven and the Institute of War~
Wow. This is just a huge area you stepped into man. Honestly each champion could have their own anime with other champions occasionally appearing in.
For me it would be
I'm already writing a book with the main character being similar, but having water as her element instead of fire.
The easiest would be to use
as an excuse to explore the various parts of Runeterra and not be locked in a certain location as certain other champions have duties or are quite frankly not exactly traditional protagonist material, but rather powerhouses in their factions such as game of thrones work.
Can be the stories baymax.
make light of the shadow isles people.......
like
being the main guy
being his best bro
being his love intrest
being the nerd who also talks about what he is doing and never shuts up about his metal band
roid rage guy who tries to be the leader, but is to incompetant to do anything
yorick being morde henchman and similar to igor
being the wise hippy tree
belives shes too good for the shadow isles
gf to hecarim
also run into ahri and other people from the other lands and hoe
is the main villian who is trying to cover the world in darkness and rob the main shadow island peeps of their jobs.
Basically they are similair to the people in the nightmare before xmas, where they look and do evil stuff but arnt evil at heart and nocturne is similar to oogie boogie
As the adventurer always getting into unwanted trouble
Diana hands down.
Not even about playing her, but her lore is great. It would make for an amazing story with all the feels.

obviously
traveling across Runeterra on a quest to use his strength to spread goodwill and kindness as far as he can. With his trusty mustachioed Poro by his side, he encounters many of his fellow champions as their stories intersect each other, and by working through adversity, they all learn something new about themselves as Braum spouts encouragement and advice.
For me personally he's the best(and only one because i'm a biassed
fanboy) pick there is. I mean, just look at him: he is the only living being in Runeterra(that we know of)that has been in direct contact with the Void itself and has survived. A mere human, a powerfull magician at that but still, a mere human managed to not get anihillated by contact with the Void. Instead, he "ascended" in a way, others could see it as a curse though, and transformed(again, one could say he got demorphed) into a different being! Hell,he can't even breathe without special equipment. Now, instead of using his-potentially omnipotent?- powers to ravage the world, he chose to impose balance with force, to not let the world upset the equilibrium thus awakening what he himself only knows trully hides within the horror of the Void, lurking to end the world as he knows it. He turned into an antihero taking on a duty nobody wanted or made him to do so.
or
considering they fit the child going through many experiences to realize their dream part or accomplish their dream part. (Naruto's sort of story) Tries to remain happy but also keeps it funny by doing tricks or jokes occasionally while having moments of complete seriousness.
Trustworthy Female Character that has a high rank.
Suspicious character the protag looks up to as a goal of how strong they could be
Suspicious yet still trustworthy protag helper.
Possible companion: Fits the smart role yet sometimes annoying
Possible companion: Fits stranger yet truly nice female role
Possible companion: fits the supportive/ happy female role
Possible Leaver Companion: Usually gets annoyed by one of the protag's other companions or takes on a darker role or leaves or is forced out for his actions.
Possible Companion: Easily bugged by others due their actions and wants to do everything their way
Neutral Friend/Foe: Easily switches sides to either help or betray.
Warrior that stays true to his side and refuses to switch sides even if he has to go against the main characters
ANNOYING ANTAGONIST OR ANTAG HELPER THAT YOU WANT TO KILL WHENEVER HE SPEAKS
The Unsuspected Antagonist or the bigger evil behind what person you thought was the real antagonist.
Antagonist/ Antagonist's maid/wife/helper/servant or backstabber of the protag
(Sorry, went kinda all around with this idea hehe...)
, beginning with his originally normal life, go through him getting his inventions stolen, and his change from human to immoral machine. Final season would likely cover Viktor beginning to spread his Glorious Evolution by force, through the battlecast line.
If league made an anime it would have to be about HELMET BRO he has ties to every champion and it could revolve around his adventures meeting each character and a short back story of that character. ex- while helmet bro was out with his brother they were crazily attacks by this floating eye of a creature then go into how the encounter was and how he plans to slay the beast that killed his brother.
I would make one champion from each place in Valoran the main character.
That way we have like...a nice amount of heroes and their point of views.
We could learn to understand them or maybe not much at all. cough void cough
I'd make a Anime that was a Rambo first blood lol adapatation featurung
As Teemo ex-captain of Omega Force
As the sheriff of Piltover
One of her Deputies
As the Colonel
Still trying to figure out how Jinx would fit into this.
I would die from weebola before managing to finish it.
I think
would be the best pick. As a leader of Demacia, he would be forced to be involved in almost every major conflict. Other possible choices would be
,
, and
.
Now personally I think there should be several short anime series staring different champions and factions. Champs I would like to see get their own mini-series:
vs the Shadow isles
vs {{champion:112}
and
vs
vs
vs
And a series with all the piltover champs
if i was making a league of legends anime i would make not have a main character. game of thrones style. put focus on x champ for a couple episodes then kill them off like it was nothing. at teemo and tristana wedding be sure to have someone stab tristana in the stomach who is prego at the moment then proceed to kill everyone while saying the lannisters sends their regards after cutting teemos throat.
He would go around trying to prove that war is the greatest art form and would try to fight every single faction's army with a couple soldiers and
while trying to fight off
who is trying to assassinate
to prove the moon's might.
This way everyone is going to be involved: if your peaceful panth, is going to attack you relentlessly until you become warlike; if you enjoy war he's going to think you like fighting as much as he does and will always be challenging you to battles; if you deal with cults or religions diana or leona will be at your throats.
the whole anime would be him playing with poros and being cute
tell the tale of how he ascended to his great power and through what he struggled with during his confinement. Would include him telling ENDLESS stories which drove
mad. Would also show how he struggles with his current form and how far he will go to attain his pure ascension.
I just think an entire series based off of lucian killing the dead and trying to rescue his wife from thresh or take revenge or whatever would be awesome... It would be kind of attack on titan-esque in terms of like friends dying and shit in a semi post apocalyptic world... a bit on the darker side but i think it would be good. A lot of it would be them trying to defeat the evils and restore balance and peace or whatnot, although Lucian's underlying motive is pretty clear.
Good guys
main protagonist
protagonist
protagonist's friend
friend that is met along the way (protective of gnar, two are good friends)
friends with rengar (him and rengar are good pals, rengar always seems to be bailing gnar out of trouble
scientist guy who is trying to find the cure (there always is one)
that one guy who is just part of the group for survival, but doesnt really make friends with anyone. Always quiet, but when it comes to fighting is very deadly (his shouting "hasiyagi" would make him perfect for an anime fighter)
that one couple in an anime... not necessarily bad guys but sometimes clash with the main characters.
That one crazy serious and deadly as fuck protagonist anime girl that is pretty much the leader of the group half the time. Think erza from Fairy Tail or Mikasa from Attack on Titan
first to die
similar to katarina's role, although she tends to be more friendly with the group. Sometimes clashes with kat.
(part of a side quest along the way)
(part of a side quest along the way)
Bad guys
main antagonist
pseudo main antagonist (episode or series of episodes based around fighting him and his group, but still is working for thresh)
pseudo main antagonist (episode or series of episodes based around fighting him and his group, but still is working for thresh)
(one of the bigger fights) pseudo main antagonist (episode or series of episodes based around fighting him and his group, but he still is working for thresh)
kind of leads an underlying plot that comes into play later in the series (void tries to take over) antagonist of both the protagonist and antagonist
pseudo main antagonist (to malz)
pseudo main antagonist (to malz)
pseudo main antagonist (to malz)
(one of the bigger fights) pseudo main antagonist (to malz)
(part of a side quest along the way)
(part of a side quest along the way)
Neutral (neither good nor bad, but usually works against all sides or with whatever side will benefit them the most)

Ok that's all i can think of right now... Thoughts?
Would saying "Super Galaxy Rumble" be cheating, since it's already a reference to/inspired by another anime?

would be the protagonist, but way too many already think League is an anime and think playing Riven makes it more like anime.
Nah man
would be a good choice and he can tell the story in first person. "Say my name" "D....Draven?" "No" (throws axe at victim) "ITS DRAAAVEEEEN !!!!"
Yasuo. I would love to see him kill Riven. Slowly. The my life would be complete.
