PSA: There's an online LoL comic about what champions do when servers go down mid game. It's a long read, and it does contain graphic content, but it's a really entertaining comic. I'm also proud to say ot introduced me to Evelynn, one of my favourite off meta junglers.
Can't link it here because of rules, but I'm sure you can hunt it down without much effort. Just remember to look for this comic when the servers do go down, so you have something to keep yourself busy waiting for them to go live again.
