She cant use her tails...the rules for twister include a wheel that you spin that has hand or foot and then a color...there is no portion of the wheel that says "5th tail yellow" and therefor does not have any advantage.
however she could simply charm the call out person and win that way :P

Somebody's gonna get hurt with that pointy bit on her head. Hard to keep your balance with four inches of horn in the side of your stomach. Good thing there's already a healer present.

Your not gonna be able to say he's out without him throwing a fit and turning into Mega Gnar. Then ulting the twister board towards a wall.
has more limbs, easy win.
Janna has this in the bag. She can't fall over, and a gentle breeze at the right time might be able to push someone else off balance.

Just remove her limbs to place them on the dots. And the ball. The ball might "accidentally" displace everyone but her.
