She cant use her tails...the rules for twister include a wheel that you spin that has hand or foot and then a color...there is no portion of the wheel that says "5th tail yellow" and therefor does not have any advantage.

however she could simply charm the call out person and win that way :P

Elise could technically use her extra legs, though, since they have feet.

RekSai has multiple limbs too, and I'm sure she'd be a blast at parties. Anivia and Cassiopeia , however, lack either hands or feet respectively, and thus cannot play.

Reksai and elise would have to clearly define which are her "arms/hands" and which are her "feet/legs" prior to participating, otherwise i call HAX, lol

Or Ahri can use her tails to mess with everyone else and make them fall over. Or maybe just tickle them a whole lot? Whatever, this is Ahri we're talking about. I'm sure she's got her options.
