Picking non-meta junglers

Personally, I believe that this kind of behavior needs to result in an immediate punishment on the first offense. Picking anyone besides Vi, Hecarim, Ivern, Zac, and Lee Sin is NOT a slip up, or a bad day, or a mistake etc. It is a true showing of a person's character and bad sportsmanship, and should be shown zero tolerance.
