I friended someone that was in Q with me from the last game but someone dodged, and I thought, hey maybe this guy will be good so ill keep him

We won, but he didn't do much to help it

Post game I said nothing and removed him. Feels bad but he was dangerous to have around my LP

Well in the era of Dynamic Q, i see nothing wrong with controlling at least two more of who your teammates are, not even if they are good at their roles, but if they do not feed, or have good decision making. This guy never had a game to demonstrate himself, otherwise i figure i would never have added him in the first place.

I know it's a bit cold, but he met none of my criteria and quite literally failed them :c

I figure ranked is a business, if you don't perform, you dont get a raise and you risk losing your job.
