Design a 3-hit spell that negatively affects the champion that uses it.

While it might look useless at first sight, it can be used as a tool to allow certain kit compositions or to offer a price to pay for a certain kind of power.

The skill in question must not be tied to a certain kit and must be generical, but yet it must be intresting enough to give room for moments of power so it can be desiderable. If the skill is an active then you can also add a positive effect, the important thing is that it must affect the champion in a positive way ( while still being negative for the user on its own).

For example, a 3-hit passive that puts the user in silence for few seconds might be intresting on a skill-reliant berserker, that then has to decide when to commit for auto attacking savagely a target.

After 3 basic attacks on the same target, champion takes damage equal to .5 base AD and is blinded for 1.5 seconds

Becomes rooted for five seconds or three attacks, but attack range and damage is heavily increased for the duration

Every third consecutive attack on an enemy takes 50% of your movespeed and gives it to nearby allies

Passive - Every auto attack against an enemy champion you lose 5% of your current health, this damage cannot be prevented. (life lost this way is shown as grey health and cannot be recovered until returning to fountain)

Every second attack against a target steals 10% movement speed for 10 seconds

Every third attack encases both you and your target in crystal, stunning you both for 2 seconds, during this time you take 50% reduced damage from enemy sources.

Activate to break the crystal casing early and deal 30% Max health damage to both you and anyone with 400 range.

Cooldown on each target is 10 seconds Active has no cooldown
