I laugh at anyone who says ADCs are garbage. ADC mains are big babies for the most part and QQ if their champs are anywhere near balanced. I haven't had any trouble at all carrying with an ADC this season compared to previous ones.
Idk why people say afc is bad.

(yes, we won the game because I was 18:1 KDA and still had 100 more cs than anyone else in the game and held the enemy Tryn to 17 cs at 8 mins....over a 2k gold lead on him at 14 mins cuz fiddles is the best champion in league of legends and im the best fiddles NA)

when i watch alot of streams of diamond+ its almost the same thing every game (80% of games), bot lane is whoever doesnt die usually wins lane. They just wait for the gank of 3-5 people to come and kill the other 2 and take tower in under 8 min, then immediately rotate to dragon. I feel that being a silver anything below gold level (no experience with plat+) doesn't need to follow the meta in any way since their are too many mistakes being made in game of either mechanical skill, decision making, or lack of game (warding, marco, cs, etc). I dont ever see anyone in pro streams ever throw away a game with the lead acquired in this meta.
People see ADC as weak is because unless they are really fed, they are not good until 4-5 items are completed which are usually 
. Yesterday I saw Doublelift get solo killed by a VI under a turret when he was 2/0/0 verse a 0/2/1 for the VI when he had 3/4 health and Vi had full health with no minion support. That is one reason people see them as weak since that should be a fight he is supposed to be able to win.
Norms are not comparable to ranked either since most people are either bronze or trying something new to them or just warming up for the day with a game or not taking it seriously pushing the champions limits to learn them.
They're not trash, but more or less falling out of meta.
Who says ADCs are out of meta? It just depends on the ADCs you're playing.
I play(ed) aruond PII-DV mmr and Miss Fortune is one of the best ADCs around when using the full ArPen build.
I would be more concerned if you didn't get fed on a bot game.

I think the real off-meta award here goes to that nidalee, for somehow finding a viable way to play nidalee.
What is a meta? I believe it is a miserable pile of alternate play styles.
