So in the unabridged lore for Tristana, she friend-zoned Teemo. And in her unique interactions, she says nothing even remotely romantic to Teemo while she seems to enjoy teasing Rumble. And it's more than obvious that Rumble has a major crush on Tristana, why else would he name his mech "Tristy".
