Stopped by Fanfiction.net to read some league fan fiction. . . .

Personally, I enjoy writing about the darker aspects of League lore more than the shipping bits. Things like...

• How horrifying it would be to fight against your sibling in a League match. I mean, I know that Garen and Lux aren't that close, but even so - imagine spending a few hours murdering your brother or sister, then going to a family dinner afterward. "Hey, pass the salt, and try not to think about running me through and leaving me to bleed to death on the edge of the river."
• What happens to the characters that have been defined by their goal when they finally reach it. Kayle and Morgana, for example - they've been fighting each other for literally thousands of years, so what happens when one side finally wins? How does each character cope with the fact that the purpose they've been working for is gone?
• A much darker take on Lulu's backstory. I mean, yeah, she's pretty carefree on the surface, but she's a kid that had her entire life taken from her and was kicked out of her home. That's going to leave a mark.
• Some existential angst from everybody's favorite lich. What? No, not Karthus; I'm talking about Irelia.

But yeah. I haven't written in too long. I should do it again.

I read a fanfic once. It was actually pretty tame (for the most part... >.>). That said, I'm not likely to read another .__.

I found a Kha'Zix x Rengar fanfic on the boards once. SPOILERS: Kha's son had to eat his brother so his brother couldn't die...I think, it was pretty murky. No, not YOUR version of that. The one where Vel'Koz doesn't ever show up was okay. The guy who posted the one with Vel here... I'm looking at you/

I've stopped reading League fanfiction because no matter what site, I only ever find Lesbian porn. Like no offense, it's just my aversion to all things lady parts acting up.

I prefer the comics :P

I haven't read many fanfics, and I don't think I have it in me to write ship-fics, but I've heard things about how bad most fanfics are.....
